Our Bench Sponsorship Program offers a meaningful way to honour what matters—an unforgettable life, a shared milestone, a cherished friend or family member, or a legacy you wish to celebrate for years to come.
By sponsoring a bench for the Campus of Care courtyard, you help create a welcoming place to rest, reflect, and connect. Whether you choose the bench alone or the optional commemorative plaque, your gift becomes more than recognition—it becomes a permanent tribute in a space built for compassionate care.
Each sponsorship tells a story, and gives it a home in plain sight: a bench where visitors pause, families gather, and memories can be carried forward. This is more than a name or a dedication—it is a way of saying:
“They are cherished, and they belong here, forever.”

Donation Process
Step 1: Complete the Sponsorship Request Form
Complete the Bench Sponsorship Inquiry Form. Once received, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Step 2: Consultation & Selection
Meet with a member of our fundraising team to review available sponsorship opportunities, recognition options, locations (where applicable), and dedication details. Together, we will help you choose the tribute that best reflects your wishes.
Step 3: Sponsorship Agreement
Once your selection has been confirmed, you will receive a Sponsorship Agreement outlining your recognition, donation amount, and dedication details. The agreement must be reviewed and signed before proceeding.
Step 4: Donation
Complete your charitable donation using your preferred payment method. An official charitable tax receipt will be issued in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency guidelines.
Step 5: Recognition & Installation
Your commemorative recognition will be completed and installed in accordance with the project schedule. Before installation, all recognition details and placement will be reviewed and approved by both parties to ensure they meet the agreed-upon requirements.
